Au fost anunțate nominalizările pentru premiile Academiei de Film Americane (ediția 97), cunoscute popular drept Premiile Oscar din 2025. Printre filmele care se vor lupta pentru premiul cel mai mare se numără Anora, The Brutalist, Dune: Part Two, Wicked și The Substance, filme care au fost constant în atenția publicului și criticilor în ultimul an. Actori precum Adrien Brody, Timothee Chalamet sau românul Sebastian Stan sunt nominalizați pentru categoria „cel mai bun actor în rol principal”, în timp ce Demi Moore, Mikey Madison și Cynthia Erivo concurează la categoria „cea mai bună actriță în rol principal. Premiile vor fi decernate oficial pe data de 2 martie (3 martie ora 2:00 a României) și vor fi transmise live la TV în SUA.
